Ulugurneftegaz Oil & Gas Refinery is a stable and dynamically developing Oil & Gas Refinery, which has established itself in the oil export market as a reliable partner. At the moment, we are engaged in refining and sale, as well as carrying out regular export shipments of various Russian products.
Wide coverage zones of supplying oil products allows to take the calculation of such factors as the location of the our Oil Refinery, transportation costs, and chemical specifications of the delivered oil products. Delivery of oil products for any foreign companies carried out strictly in exact time, since we do not want and do not allow our customers to suffer any inconvenience. We are ready to give you a choice of modern and faster ways of transportation oil products by pipeline and railway and its loading on modern naval vessels in the ports of Vladivostok, Novorossiysk, Tuapse and Primorsk. The main activity of our Oil & Gas Refinery is the processing, sale and export of petroleum products: M-100 fuel oil, D-2 diesel, JP-45 aviation kerosene, bitumen and others.

As part of our commitment to clean energy, we are working to reduce the carbon intensity of our production mix. To this end, we adhere to an aggressive strategy regarding gas, which is a fast-growing fossil fuel and also the least carbon-intensive for electricity generation. Our goal is to increase gas production, which by 2040 may amount to about 60% of hydrocarbon production, with the maximum possible limit on methane emissions arising from its production and transportation.
